There will be a new workflow after the new TILA-RESPA Integrated Disclosures roll out. New disclosures, new delivery timelines.Relationships that are already close will need to become closer. Understanding the trickle-down effect becomes more important. Who is affected? How are they affected? Who is exempt and why? Come learn from one the most knowledgeable, investor-friendly title agents in the valley what is involved to make the closing process as trouble-free as possible. Get informed and be prepared!

Starting in April, 2014 our meetings will move to the fourth Tuesday of the month. Meetings are held at the 24th Street Conference Center – 1841 North 24th Street, Phoenix, AZ 85008. The Conference Center is on 24th Street North of McDowell. It is the building just north of the AM/PM. Should the parking lot become full, you are welcome to park at the church across the street. Should you elect to park at the church, for safety you should cross the street at the crosswalk at McDowell.
